Simulating a DDMRP buffer based on random demand
Just how robust are Demand Driven MRP Buffers? In an exercise performed at the recent APICS Conference, completely random data supplied by 57 different sources was used to test the resiliency of the DDMRP method in both long and short lead time environments. The results speak for themselves....
